“Award named after academician Roman KUCHER for employees of the Department of Physical Chemistry of Fossil Fuels of the Institute of Physical-Organic Chemistry and Coal Chemistry named after L. M. Lytvynenko of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine” was introduced on September 3, 2024 by the decision of the Academic Council of the Institution and approved by Order No. 22 of September 3, 2024 in order to celebrate the scientific achievements of the employees of the Department of Physical Chemistry of Fossil Fuels of the Institute of Physical-Organic Chemistry and Coal Chemistry named after L. M. Lytvynenko of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.
Starting from November 1, 2024, the date of the announcement of the start of the competition will be timed to the day of the Department of Physical Chemistry of Fossil Fuels of the Institute of Physical-Organic Chemistry and Coal Chemistry named after L. M. Lytvynenko of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, the initiator and first director of which was academician Roman KUCHER, and the first award ceremony will take place on the eve of the 100th anniversary of his birth.
